Who Is SelfStoragedocs?
Our story started in the early 1960s when our founding father (and grandfather), Edward, laid the groundwork for our family business. He was born an entrepreneur and inventor and had a keen ability to identify the needs of people and businesses and provide a fitting solution. When combined with his ability to make friends wherever he went and his immense grit, he successfully launched his own small business.
Since then, Edward's grandson Brian and his wife, Brooke, have assumed leadership roles. Our family has been serving the unique needs of the self-storage industry for over 40 years, providing comprehensive, cost-effective storage forms that cover a multitude of legal topics such as state-specific lien laws, insurance responsibilities, liability limits, bailment, climate control, access control, bankruptcy, titled property storage, mobile storage, wine storage, and more. Our years of experience and expertise give you the most professional and cost-effective way to have your storage forms composed, printed, and delivered to your door and/or inbox.
In 2025, we went through a rebrand that included our new website. We were formerly known as Garlits Industries but felt the need to create a brand that spoke more to who we are and what we do. However, rest assured, we are the same team of people, including members of the 3rd generation of the Garlits family.
